<p><em><span>The aim of this research is to investigate the relationship between performance-based budgeting and performance accountability of government institutions. Government performance accountability is measured by indicators of program smoothness, budget implementation, performance indicators, financial analysis, evaluation reporting, and program duration. Performance-based budgeting uses measures of accountability and transparency, budget fairness, efficiency, and effectiveness as independent variables. Decisions are made by individuals who have power in the best interests. This research involved 39 department employees, secretaries, section heads, sub-division heads, and work subunits from the Regional Work Unit (SKPD) of the Environment and Forestry Service of Bengkulu Province who helped prepare the government budget. Data was collected through a questionnaire method, and respondents were given one. To analyze the data, the Spearman Rank test and hypothesis testing were used. <em>The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence student satisfaction has on the quality of education services, to determine the student satisfaction index on the quality of education services, and to find out which services still have to be improved, paid attention to and maintained. The population in this study are students of Bina Sarana Informatika University and sampling using probability sampling with simple random sampling method. physical evidence, reliability, and assurance variables have a positive and significant effect on the quality of education services. While partially the variables of empathy and responsiveness do not have a positive and significant effect on the quality of educational services. Based on the results of the CSI score, it produces a score of 78%, meaning that students are satisfied with the service. Results with the IPA method, there are still several statements that must be improved. <p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh <em>servant leadership</em>, motivasi kerja, dan lingkungan kerja pada pegawai Sekretariat DPRD DIY. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dan populasinya adalah seluruh pegawai Sekretariat DPRD DIY. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa <em>servant leadership</em> berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Implikasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat menjadi salah satu pengambilan kebijakan bagi pemimpin untuk meningkatkan <em>servant leadership</em> di dalam organisasi, sehingga karyawan akan merasa nyaman didalam organisasi memiliki kepuasan dalam bekerja dan mengurangi tingkat <em>turnover intention</em> pada pegawai.</p>Kata Kunci: Servant leadership, Motivasi kerja, Lingkungan kerja, Kepuasan kerjaRahmanda Angger NugrohoDidik SubiyantoNala Tri Kusuma

<em>The main purpose of this study is to determine the factors of work motivation, work facilities, compensation and work environment affect the quality of work of State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) banking namely PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia, PT Bank Mandiri and PT Bank Negara Indonesia in the city of Batam. This research is descriptive quantitative research in which data collection uses primary data (questionnaires) containing questions about the variables studied. The target population of this study are employees of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) banking companies in Batam City such as PT Bank Mandiri, PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia, and PT Bank Negara Indonesia. Then the sample in this study the author set 100 samples using stratified random sampling technique. The results showed that the variables of work motivation, work facilities and compensation do not affect the quality of work. <p><em>The advancement of information technology and the COVID-19 pandemic has prompted Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) to shift towards e-payment and e-commerce services. This research aims to investigate the influence of E-Payment and E-Commerce services on the performance of MSME in the food and beverage sector in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, with digital knowledge as a mediator. The study employs the quantitative analysis method of Partial Least Square (PLS) involving 255 MSME. The results reveal that E-Payment services do not significantly impact MSME performance, while E-Commerce services have a significantly positive effect. Digital knowledge mediates the positive relationship between E-Payment and E-Commerce services and MSME performance. The research use quantitive method with primary data collected by distributing questionnarires. The millenial generation in Cilacap is the population in this study with sample used is 101 respondents. Data was analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics 20. The result show that Risk perception and loss aversion influences the investment decision of the millenial generation in Cilacap. This means that the higher person perception of risk and loss aversion, the more careful the person will tend to be in making investment decision. <p><em>This research aims to see the influence of growth opportunities, capital structure, profitability and dividend policy on company value. The type and source of research data is quantitative data using financial reports on pharmaceutical companies listed on the IDX for 2014-2022, while the sampling technique uses purposive sampling to obtain 9 pharmaceutical companies that meet the criteria. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, using the SPSS program to test it. The results show that partially growth opportunities (PER) and profitability (ROA) have a positive and significant effect on company value. Capital Structure (DER) has a negative but significant effect on company value. Dividend Policy (DPR) has a negative and insignificant effect on company value. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) servant leadership terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Sabda Mandiri Wisata, (2) Integritas Karyawan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Di PT. Sabda Mandiri Wisata, dan (3) servant leadership dan Integritas Karyawan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Di PT. Sabda Mandiri Wisata. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam kategori penelitian asosiatif kausal dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Sabda Mandiri Wisata yang berjumlah 51 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitas menggunakan Croanbach Alpha. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian pada taraf signifikansi 5% menunjukkan bahwa: (1) servant leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Sabda Mandiri Wisata, dibuktikan dengan koefisien beta sebesar (β) 0,303, kontribusi pengaruh servant leadership terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 0,074 atau 7,4%. (2) Integritas Karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Sabda Mandiri Wisata, dibuktikan dengan koefisien beta sebesar (β) 0,274, kontribusi pengaruh Integritas Karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 0,036 atau 3,6%. Dan (3) servant leadership dan Integritas Karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. This research explores Fama and French's Three Factor Model (1992), which identified key determinants of corporate returns. Using factors such as rate of return of risky investment, company size, and a comparison between book and market value, the research tested the model in the Indonesian context, using companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the year 2021. The investigation focuses specifically on state-owned enterprises (SOE) which have a strategic role in economic recovery. Employing a panel data regression analysis, the study utilizes daily closing stock prices from six portfolios, each comprising stocks from 31 state-owned enterprises. Financial inclusion is an effort to encourage the financial system so that it is easy for the public to access to promote good economic growth. This research was conducted to determine the influence of Sharia Financial literacy and Sharia Financial inclusion on the financial management of micro, small and medium enterprises (UMKMs) in Medan City. <strong><em>:</em></strong><em> The marine and fisheries resources sector is one of the potentials that is widely utilized by coastal communities who mostly work as fishermen. The lives of fishermen who depend on natural conditions can be proven by the income of fishermen who increase during the fish season. The off-season causes the intensity of fishing to decrease, thus the amount of income received by fishermen is certainly drastically reduced. Collecting rengkam can be a solution for fishermen who have obstacles in catching fish. This profession switch provides benefits and improves welfare and makes coastal communities have choices to make a living. Rengkam has the potential to improve the welfare of coastal communities, especially during the season when fish are difficult to obtain, while it has consequences for ecosystem changes that cannot be ruled out. This study aims to scientifically examine the social and economic potential of rengkam exploration and review the environmental impacts of exploration activities and determine strategies that can be carried out to maximize social and economic potential and minimize the possibility of environmental impacts. This research uses a qualitative approach. Qualitative approach was conducted through in-depth interviews and field observations (primary data collection). This research was conducted at one location of the rengkam exploration center, Pecong Island, with the subjects involved in the research process being the community and SKPD at the research location.
