Sistem Informasi Penjualan Spare Part Mobil Pada Bengkel Makmur Ban Kotapinang Berbasis Web

Abstract


This research was conducted at the Kotapinang Tire Prosperous Workshop which is engaged in selling car spare parts. The company is experiencing difficulties in finding new customers which are only limited in the Labuhanbatu Selatan District. Submitting information to customers also requires a lot of time because it is only by telephone. A more sophisticated system is needed to facilitate the search for new customers throughout the country. Submission of information is also easier to arrive without requiring a lot of time and minimizing the occurrence of product returns due to errors. By collecting data through observation and interviews. The web-based sales information system was developed using the programming languages PHP, HTML, CSS and MySQL as databases. It is expected that the existence of a Web-based Sales Information System can simplify the work and be useful especially for the Kotapinang Tire Prosperous Workshop.
