Abstract


The purpose of this journal is to comprehensively understand the patterns of application and management of educational management in the effort to realize and implement the curriculum at the educational unit level. The method used in this study is the literature study method, with the hope that this paper can contribute to strengthening the understanding of all parties regarding the importance of well-implemented management in achieving curriculum objectives in schools. The focus of this paper is on how the school management system oversees and ensures that the implementation of the curriculum in schools runs according to plan. In this case, the principal as the captain has a very crucial and significant function and role.
