Pengaruh Budaya Kerja terhadap Efektivitas Administrasi Perkantoran pada Dinas Peternakan Kabupaten Kupang

Abstract


This study aims to examine the effect of work culture on the effectiveness of office administration at the Kupang Regency Livestock Service. Work culture is one of the key factors that can enhance service quality and improve the effectiveness of administrative functions within government organizations. This research employed a quantitative method with an associative approach to analyze the relationship between work culture as the independent variable and office administration effectiveness as the dependent variable. The population consisted of 102 employees, including Civil Servants (ASN) and Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK). The sample was determined using a purposive sampling technique, resulting in 25 respondents involved in office administrative activities. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 22.The results indicate that work culture is categorized as good, with an average percentage score of 81.50%, while office administration effectiveness is also categorized as good. The simple linear regression analysis produced the equation Y = 17.929 + 0.759X, indicating that work culture has a positive effect on office administration effectiveness. The correlation coefficient (R) of 0.622 demonstrates a strong relationship between the two variables, while the coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.387 indicates that work culture contributes 38.7% to the effectiveness of office administration. Furthermore, the t-test results show that the calculated t-value (3.808) is greater than the t-table value (1.71387), with a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05. Therefore, the hypothesis stating that work culture has a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of office administration at the Kupang Regency Livestock Service is accepted.
