KETERLIBATAN KERJA DAN KESEJAHTERAAN KARYAWAN

Abstract


Penelitian literatur ini bertujuan untuk menyajikan tinjauan komprehensif tentang hubungan antara work engagement (keterlibatan kerja) dan kesejahteraan karyawan berdasarkan studi-studi yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya. Keterlibatan kerja adalah fenomena psikologis yang merujuk pada tingkat keterlibatan, motivasi, dan dedikasi karyawan terhadap pekerjaan mereka, sedangkan kesejahteraan karyawan mencakup berbagai aspek kesejahteraan fisik, psikologis, dan sosial mereka di lingkungan kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan analisis literatur dengan mengidentifikasi dan menelaah penelitian terdahulu yang relevan dalam bidang ini. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi positif yang signifikan antara work engagement dan kesejahteraan karyawan.
