KESIAPAN DIGITAL KARYAWAN: PERANAN PERSEPSI KEGUNAAN DAN PERSEPSI KEMUDAHAN REKAM MEDIS ELEKTRONIK (Studi Pada RSUD dr. Soeselo Slawi)
Abstract
Tujuan penelitian yakni menganalisis pengaruh sumber daya pribadi dan sumber daya pekerjaan terhadap kesiapan digital pegawai dengan peranan persepsi kegunaan dan persepsi kemudahan sebagai pemediasi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai yang terlibat dalam penggunaan rekam medis elektronik pada RSUD dr. Soeselo Slawi sebanyak 600 pegawai dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 88 pegawai. Kriteria pengambilan sampel diperoleh secara random sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan SEM berbasis varian dengan alat analisis smartPLS. Hasil temuan penelitian hanya terdapat empat hipotesis yang memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan. Pertama pengaruh sumber daya pribadi terhadap kemudahan. Kedua pengaruh persepsi kemudahan terhadap persepsi kegunaan. Ketiga pengaruh persepsi kegunaan terhadap kesiapan digital pegawai. Keempat persepsi kemudahan dan persepsi kegunaan mampu memediasi sumber daya pribadi terhadap kesiapan digital pegawai.
