The name and email address entered on the journal website will only be used for approved purposes, will not be misused for other purposes or for other parties. The Scientific Journal of ADVOCACY uses an exclusive license agreement. The author will retain the copyright along with the scientific use rights of Labuhanbatu University will be granted the right of approval and distribution. Author access is open to the copyright of their papers, and all open articles are transferred under the terms of the  Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY - NC - SA 4.0), which allows others to access and install the article provided the original work is properly compatible. Users cannot represent the author as a supporter of their adapted article, and do not alter the article to refute the author.

This journal is also a member of and subscribes to the principles of the Committee on Publication Ethics.
