Analisis Pendapatan dan Kelayakan Home Industri Keripik Singkong Selasih di Desa Sentang Kecamatan Kisaran Timur Kabupaten Asahan

Abstract


Household industries play a vital role in supporting the national economy, particularly in traditional food sectors based on local products such as chips. This study aims to analyze supply and demand in the household industry in Singapore, focusing on the chips business as a local souvenir product. The research uses a quantitative descriptive approach with primary data collected through interviews and observations, as well as secondary data from business reports. The results show that demand for household chip products tends to increase along with product quality, brand recognition, and distribution availability. Meanwhile, the supply side is influenced by production factors such as labor, technology, and raw material costs. Financial analysis indicates that this business can generate significant revenue with a fairly high profit margin if managed efficiently. In conclusion, household industries, especially in the food sector, have great potential for continued growth through innovation, financial efficiency, and government policy support.
