Every manuscript that goes to the editor will be assessed by the reviewer. The review process was conducted in a double-blind peer review process, meaning that the reviewer did not know the identity of the author and so the author did not know the identity of the reviewer.

Peer Review Process
Semua naskah yang dikirimkan dibaca oleh staf editorial. Naskah-naskah yang dievaluasi oleh editor yang tidak sesuai dengan kriteria jurnal ditolak segera tanpa tinjauan eksternal. Naskah yang dinilai berpotensi menarik bagi pembaca akan dikirim ke ulasan . Para editor kemudian membuat keputusan berdasarkan rekomendasi pengkaji dari beberapa kemungkinan, diantaranya yaitu: ditolak, memerlukan revisi besar, memerlukan revisi kecil, atau diterima.
All submitted manuscripts are read by the editorial staff. Those manuscripts evaluated by editors to be inappropriate to journal criteria are rejected promptly without external review. Manuscripts evaluated to be of potential interest to our readership are sent to single-blind review. The editors then make a decision based on the reviewers recommendation from among several possibilities: rejected, require major revision, need minor revision, or accepted.
Publication Frequency
CIVITAS: Journal of Learning and Civic Sciences is published 2 (two) times a year in March and September, containing writings/articles of ideas and research results written by experts, scientists, practitioners, reviewers, lecturers and students in the disciplines of education and learning and civic science in general.
Open Access Policy

Archiving
This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. More...
