Abstract


Abstrak

Penelitian ini berjudul “Efektivitas Program Pendidikan Perdamaian dalam Meningkatkan Toleransi dan Kerja Sama Lintas Budaya di Politeknik Pelayaran Malahayatiâ€. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik observasi, survei terbatas, studi pustaka, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan beberapa poin penting yaitu program Pendidikan Perdamaian di Politeknik Pelayaran Malahayati memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan toleransi dan kerjasama lintas budaya di kalangan mahasiswa. Program semacam ini memberikan manfaat nyata dalam membuka dialog antarbudaya, membangun rasa hormat terhadap perbedaan, dan mendorong kolaborasi lintas budaya dalam lingkungan pendidikan.
