Abstrak

Penelitian ini berjudul Kajian tentang Dampak Program Pendidikan Damai terhadap Tingkat Stres dan Kesejahteraan Psikologis Taruna/I di Politeknik Pelayaran Malahayati. Kajian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik pengamatan, survey terbatas, kajian literatur, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penurunan tingkat stres taruna/i dan peningkatan tingkat kesejahteraan psikologis mereka. Dalam hal penurunan tingkat stres, dikaji dari sisi adanya penurunan yang signifikan dalam skor stres persepsi mereka, penurunan frekuensi gejala fisik stres, dan peningkatan kemampuan mereka untuk menemukan dan mengidentifikasi gejala stress. Pendekatan pendidikan yang berpusat pada perdamaian dapat membantu mengurangi stres dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan Taruna/I
