The Jurnal Pembelajaran dan Biologi NUKLEUS (JPBN) is interdisciplinary publication of original research and writing on biology edcuation and biology which publishes papers to national/international audience of educational researchers. The JPBN aims to provide a forum for scholarly understanding of the field of biology education and biology science and plays an important role in promoting teh process that accumulated knowledge, values, and skills are transmitted from one generation to another; and to make methods and contents of evaluation and research in education and biology science available to teachers and research workers.
The scope of Biology Education Includes: 1) motivation, perception and profiles of educators and leaners in learning process and biological learning, 2) development and application of learning sources and media, 3) design of biological learning, 4) application of biological learning in schools, 5) evaluation of biology education and 6) lesson study
The scope og Biology Sciences includes ; 1) botany, 2) zoology, 3) enviromental, 4) biotechnology, 5) genetic, and 7) biochemistry
