Abstract


Artikel ini membahas bagaimana inovasi lokal dalam satuan pendidikan dapat berkontribusi secara global melalui kolaborasi yang kuat antara institusi pendidikan, masyarakat, dan sektor industri. Fokus bahasan diarahkan pada konsep micro-innovation ecosystems—model inovasi berbasis komunitas sekolah yang jarang dibahas dalam literatur manajemen pendidikan. Kajian ini menegaskan bahwa kolaborasi yang terstruktur, terukur, dan berorientasi pada pemberdayaan memungkinkan sekolah menciptakan praktik-praktik lokal yang relevan secara global. Pendekatan ini menawarkan paradigma baru bahwa inovasi global tidak harus muncul dari pusat teknologi, tetapi dapat tumbuh dari ruang sekolah yang terdesentralisasi, berbasis kearifan lokal, dan dikelola melalui manajemen kolaboratif.
