ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE PADA KARYAWAN HOTEL BINTANG 4 DI BATAM

Abstract


Pandemi covid-19 yang melanda saat ini mengakibatkan industri perhotelan menerima dampak yang sangat besar. Pengusaha hotel dan pemerintah melakukan berbagai cara untuk mengurangi kerugian bagi industri perhotelan terutama di Indonesia. Saat ini sudah tercatat 1.642 hotel di Indonesia terpaksa tutup karena covid-19 (Diayudha, 2020). Objek penelitian ini adalah 220 karyawan pada 23 hotel bintang 4 di Batam. Metode yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling .Uji dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi software Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) dan Partial Least Square (PLS). Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa transactional leadership, transformational leadership, total quality management, job satisfaction terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational performance. Transformational leadership juga terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap total quality management. Transformational leadership terhadap organizational performance dengan total quality management sebagai variabel intervening juga terbukti berpengaruh signifikan. Sedangkan organizational culture tidak terbukti berpengaruh terhadap organizational performance.
