ANALISIS PENGARUH TRANSACTIONAL LEADERSHIP DAN ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE TERHADAP EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE DENGAN WORK MOTIVATION SEBAGAI MEDIASI PADA PERUSAHAAN FROZEN FOOD DI BATAM

Abstract


Transactional Leadership adalah pemimpin yang memotivasi dan  membimbing para bawahan untuk arah tujuan yang telah ditentukan dengan cara memperjelas tugas serta peran mereka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh transactional leadership dan organizational culture terhadap employee performance dengan work motivation sebagai mediasi pada perusahaan frozen food di batam. Jumlah sampel penelitian adalah 210 dari perusahaan frozen food di batam. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dimana data primer dikumpulkan melalui informasi lalu dianalisis untuk pengujian data. Data sekunder di kumpulkan dengan cara mengutip informasi serta teori dari jurnal dan sumber-sumber lainnya. Sampel diuji dengan menggunakan program Smart PLS.

Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara organizational culture (OC) terhadap employee performance (EP), organizational culture (OC) terhadap work motivasi (WM), transactional leadership (TL) terhadap employee performance (EP), transactional leadership (TL) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap work motivasi(WM), work motivasi(WM) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employee performance (EP), organizationa culture (OC) dan employee performance (EP) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap terhadap work motivasi (WM). Begitu pula pada transactional leadership (TL) dan employee performance (EP) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap work motivasi (WM).
