Jurnal Ilmu Manajemen Pascasarjana is a peer-reviewed journal published two times a year (December and June) by the Faculty of Pascasarjana, University Labuhanbatu. Jurnal Ilmu Manajemen Pascasarjana is intended to be the journal for publishing articles reporting the results of management research. Jurnal Ilmu Manajemen Pascasarjana invites manuscripts on various topics, including, but not limited to, functional areas of marketing management, finance management, strategic management, operation management, human resource management, e-business, knowledge management, management control systems, management information systems, international business, business economics, business ethics, and sustainable social economics and entrepreneurship.
